DOCTRINE OF SIGNATURES New Work 2019

The conviction that mankind arose from the vegetable world is ancient. As is the conviction that plants which resemble, in shape, color or texture, parts of the human body are healing for that part.

This work was part of the Canadian Association of Food Studies international conference at UBC, June 2019.
